Sheer Brilliance

The magic in pakistani cricket was on display yesterday in Durban when the boys in green walloped the South Africans and won by 141 runs.

Boom Boom Afridi’s unadulterated explosive power play, Mohammed Yousaf’s sublime and majestic stroke play, and Mohammed Asif’s marathon 10 over stint at the start of the game choked the in form South African run machine.

Nice play boys, now please work on improving the consistency and the greatest cricketing prize (world cup) is yours for the taking.

Pakistan have been awesome in the 2nd ODI. Afridi alongwith the likes of Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousaf have shown the South Africans whose boss. And how can we forget the attacking opening by Imran Nazir which set the pace for the rest of the match... Kamran Akmal should however seriously be replaced! from the way things are going, we are sure to triumph taking no prisoners in this ODI series..... Shoaib fit for the world cup would just boost our chances but this team alone can create quite a disturbance for many a team, even if your australian.....

the problem with pakistan is consistency! they play well one day and can totally collapse the next, although when on form they are pleasure to watch.

Lets see which team turns up to the world cup the winners or the losers!
